Cancellations & Late Arrivals
Please respect my time and the time of my other clients.
A 15-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals.
Arriving later than 15 minutes may require rescheduling and will result in a cancellation fee.
Cancellation fees:
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.
Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
Deposits
A 50% deposit is required at consultation for all new color appointments.
Deposits are applied to your service and are non-refundable in the event of a late cancellation or no-show.
Adjustments
Your satisfaction matters.
If you’re unhappy with your haircut or color, I’m happy to offer adjustments within 14 days of your appointment.
Adjustments must be requested within that time frame and are limited to refining the original service.
