Cancellations & Late Arrivals

Please respect my time and the time of my other clients.

  • A 15-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals.

  • Arriving later than 15 minutes may require rescheduling and will result in a cancellation fee.

Cancellation fees:

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.

  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

Deposits

  • A 50% deposit is required at consultation for all new color appointments.

  • Deposits are applied to your service and are non-refundable in the event of a late cancellation or no-show.

Adjustments

Your satisfaction matters.

  • If you’re unhappy with your haircut or color, I’m happy to offer adjustments within 14 days of your appointment.

  • Adjustments must be requested within that time frame and are limited to refining the original service.
